Order Cancellation Rights

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
• The Goods are in their original packaging.
• The Goods are accompanied by the original bill/invoice.

Non-Returnable Goods

The following items cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, deterioration, or expiry.
• Goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for health protection or hygiene reasons.
• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
• Goods purchased under the Kharidle@149 Category or Cosmetic Products.
• Digital Products: No returns or refunds are available for any type of digital products. If you do not understand how to use a digital product, we offer a small session to guide you in using it effectively.
• Perfumes and Cosmetic Products: No returns or refunds are available for perfumes and cosmetic products due to hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Refund Process

Once your returned Goods are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the purchase.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned product is received.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
