Content Already Available on YouTube or Other Platforms

If, after purchasing an AI Video Bundle, a customer discovers that a particular video, similar video, topic, concept, visual, script, animation, voice or other element is already available on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or any other public platform, the mere existence of such content elsewhere will not by itself constitute a defect in the purchased digital product and will not, by itself, be a valid reason for requesting a refund, cancellation or replacement.

Customers understand that similar or identical content may exist online, particularly in the case of AI-generated or commonly used content formats.

Kharidle does not represent that the purchased content will be exclusive to the customer unless exclusivity is expressly stated in the applicable product description.

No Guarantee of Exclusivity

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description, Kharidle does not guarantee that an AI Video Bundle or any individual item contained within it is:

• Exclusive to the purchaser;

• Unique or one-of-a-kind;

• Previously unpublished;

• Not available on YouTube or other websites;

• Not similar to content created or published by another person; or

Digital Product Delivery

If a customer has paid for a digital product but is unable to access or download the purchased product due to a technical problem attributable to Kharidle, the customer should contact Kharidle as soon as reasonably possible.

Kharidle may verify the transaction and issue a replacement download link, restore access or provide another appropriate resolution.

Customers should not share their purchased access links or credentials with third parties.

Unauthorized Sharing and Distribution
